Requesting a refund

For billing errors, refunds, or disputes, contact support@fingerframeai.com and include enough order information for us to locate the payment. Buyers may also use the refund options made available by Waffo Pancake’s customer portal.

Under Waffo Pancake’s current one-time-product rules, a refund may be requested within 14 days after payment. Requests are handled under applicable law and Waffo’s consumer and refund policies. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Full and partial refunds

A refund is not applied to Rank21 until Waffo sends a verified refund.succeeded event. A failed refund event does not change RP. Full and partial refunds are supported.

After a successful refund, the order’s active RP is reduced proportionally using the cumulative refunded amount. A full refund reduces that order’s active RP to zero. Removed RP is permanently burned; historic issuance never moves backward.

Hidden listings and chargebacks

Hiding a listing for policy or safety reasons does not automatically refund its payments. A confirmed chargeback removes the affected order’s remaining active RP. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback when practical, but this request does not restrict non-excludable consumer rights.
