1. The service

Rank21 is a public paid sponsorship board for AI products and X profiles. A position reflects active Rank Power backed by completed payments; it is not a quality score, safety review, popularity measure, or editorial recommendation.

You do not need an account. Anyone may sponsor an allowed listing, including a listing they do not own. Sponsoring a listing does not transfer ownership or give the payer control over that listing.

2. Payments and placement

By starting checkout, you request a one-time payment for immediate sponsored placement after payment confirmation. Review the target and amount before paying. Only a verified completed-payment webhook grants RP; a checkout session or return page alone does not.

Quotes, ranks, issuance rates, and available supply are estimates until the payment is confirmed. Other payments may change them before confirmation. Each boost is independent and is limited to $5,000.

3. Rank Power

RP is non-transferable placement weight used only inside Rank21. It cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, sold, or traded and has no cash value. RP is not a cryptocurrency, security, financial product, or investment. Rank21 makes no promise of appreciation, profit, traffic, sales, or any other return.

A successful refund, reversal, or confirmed chargeback removes the corresponding active RP. Removed RP is permanently burned and is not issued again.

4. Allowed listings

You must submit a lawful AI-related product URL or X handle that does not infringe third-party rights. Chat and invite links, short links, tracking links, adult content, deceptive products, malware, scams, illegal content, and unrelated listings are not allowed.

Rank21 may reject or hide content that is unlawful, malicious, deceptive, risky, off-topic, or otherwise unsuitable. Hiding does not itself create a refund and does not erase payment or audit records.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may correct errors, protect the service, or change future functionality, but completed issuance and ranking records remain governed by the published rules in effect for those events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rank21 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
